The case

Lamda Development developed a Sustainable Development Strategy for The Ellinikon, Europe’s largest urban regeneration project. The “Green Bond” aimed to raise funds over €200 million, directed exclusively to Green Investments, including the development of Sustainable Buildings and Landscapes, Green Energy and Smart Cities.

Our approach

We implemented a comprehensive three-stage communication approach:

  • Investor Relations Event: organizing an event dedicated to showcasing the company's development progress, where key updates and milestones, were presented, fostering transparency and building trust among investors.
  • 360-Degree Campaign: Guided by a well-defined PR strategy and goals, we implemented a comprehensive 360-degree campaign. This involved deploying impactful PR tactics, including ATL and digital communication strategies, to deliver business, financial, and informative content. We also distributed press releases and a letter of appreciation.
  • "Ring the Bell" Ceremony: At this traditional ceremony, hosted by the Athens Stock Exchange, marking the start of trading, we ensured successful on-site coverage by top financial editors and TV reporters. Furthermore, we delivered additional content to enhance the client’s strategic narrative. 

The impact

  • The company achieved a new record of investor participation in a bond issue with a significant over-coverage (3.12 times), with the participation of approximately 14,000 Greek investors. 
  • Secured coverage in 150 print and online articles, along with 2 TV mentions.

The case

In the 40 years since HIV emerged, substantial progress has transformed our perception of the virus. While treatments allow carriers to live normal lives, the persistent fear surrounding testing remains unchanged.

Our approach

  • We launched a campaign with the motto "If you can't put your finger on it, JUST PUT YOUR FINGER ON IT" to promote awareness about the simplicity of HIV testing, emphasizing a single drop of blood.
  • On World AIDS Day, we established the Athens Checkpoint, featuring influential figures publicly testing their HIV status on camera, breaking stigma and normalizing testing.
  • The campaign was visible on Athens Public Transport, central bus stops, billboards, buses, tube stations, and trains.
  • In collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Hadrian's Arch in the heart of Athens was illuminated in red symbolizing that HIV affects everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexuality, or choices.
     

The impact

  • The average of HIV testing increased to 35% from October to December 2022
  • The amount of individuals showing interest in HIV issues rose by 45% evident through the increased traffic to “Positive Voice” website, where people sought more information about HIV and its treatment
  • Share of voice increased by ca. 40%
  • Significant imprint on TV, radio, newspapers, magazines' covers, and social media, securing free publicity equivalent to €300,000

The case

With the official announcement of the commencement of works of Europe’s largest urban regeneration project, our objective was to directly engage 1,000 key stakeholders and generate nationwide awareness of the project’s significant milestones and immense value for the country and its people.

Our approach

  • To offer an extraordinary experience and bring The Ellinikon storytelling to life, we designed a one-of-a-kind venue right at the heart of the former Athens International Airport runway.
  • Inspired by airport hangars, the 3,000 square meter structure provided panoramic views, immersing guests in the brand elements of earth, sun, and sea. Inside, cutting-edge design, captivating content, and 3D animations offered a glimpse into a future defined by sustainability, innovation, and inclusivity.
  • The event featured Greece's most influential individuals, including the Prime Minister who delivered a keynote speech, and was amplified through live content distribution and a comprehensive 360 PR campaign for maximum exposure.

The impact

  • Generated 676 media articles, 18 TV reports, 35 print clippings, and 633 online articles.
  • Earned publicity valued at an impressive 850,000 Euros.
  • Live TV coverage by the national TV channel, later republished on the Prime Minister's personal YouTube channel!

  • We prioritized introducing the new brand identity to employees and key stakeholders, aiming to inspire advocacy for the rebrand. 
  • Our two-stream unveil event featuring captivating videos, live dialogues, and presentations, not only inspired the audience but also garnered extensive media coverage and publicity.

DELTA FOODS SA 
Gravity was asked to craft a strategic narrative and framework to revitalize the brand’s corporate image and strengthen its position in the Greek nutrition industry. 
 

Objectives

  • The key objective was to create a corporate narrative that is in alignment with and reinforces DELTA’s mission to diversify and expand its portfolio with more healthy, tasty, and high-quality products to cater to evolving consumer preferences
  • To create awareness around DELTA’s strong ESG purpose and innovations that cut across its business strategy and product portfolio
  • Scale DELTA’s leadership status in nutrition, drawing from and building on the company’s credibility, over 70-years’ experience and R&D expertise
     

Our approach

Centered on the idea of “Good Food for Thought,” our communications plan aimed to showcase and establish DELTA as a leading nutrition company and a positive force for social and environmental impact. 

The strategic communications plan included: 

  • Targeted media outreach and strategic partnerships with key media to familiarize them with new corporate narrative and secure their support
  • Dynamic media plan to generate targeted, strategic, and creative pitch angles, as well as to leverage awareness days focusing on different aspects of the narrative
  • Natives and custom features in top-tier media  
  • A high-visibility panel discussion at the Delphi Forum VIII, positioning DELTA as a thought leader in the field of good nutrition in Greece

The case 

With a rich 70-year history, the FOURLIS Group has curated a substantial real estate portfolio. The group established a new subsidiary, Trade Estates REIC, a new business pillar dedicated to acquiring and cultivating retail parks and logistics centers in alignment to global trends. Recognizing the importance of a distinctive corporate identity, the company sought to create a brand that reflects its promises and sets it apart from other businesses in the industry.

Our approach

  • We have built Trade Estates' industry presence and, in close cooperation with the customer, formulated the vision, positioning, aims, and targets of what was soon to become one of the largest real estate investment companies in Greece.
  • We have created the visual identity, logo, colors, typography, and branding of Trade Estates. Additionally, we have clearly defined the brand personality, narrative, and messaging, along with the brand manual - all reflecting the brand aim to provide consumers with convenient, safe, and direct access to retail stores and services.

The impact 

  • A strong, memorable and timeless brand and a complete corporate profile and material design that resonated with the target audience, expressed the values,  personality and positioning of Trade Estates and differentiated from other businesses.

Venture Fair:

We were tasked to bolster awareness within the Greek media of a one-of-a-kind startup event and of THI’s 11-year-long commitment to mobilize the Greek Diaspora toward a better future for Greece.

Gala Celebration:

Our key objective was to maximize the exposure of the event, as part of THI’s broader purposeful work, to the Greek media, through a tactical and meticulous approach due to the high-level guest list.

Our approach

We fleshed out and executed a robust communications plan, which included:

  • Targeted media outreach and strategic partnerships with key media securing their support as media sponsors of the events, such as Kathimerini, Forbes, Capital, and CNN
  • Natives and interviews to top tier media
  • Highlight video for TV and THI’s social media channels

The case 

There exists a considerable lack of understanding surrounding psoriasis, from questions about its transmission to its curability. This ignorance breeds fear and embarrassment, impacting not only those who interact with patients but also the patients themselves. Avoiding knowledge keeps one distant not only from understanding the condition but also from those they care about. The goal is to dispel misconceptions, prevent social exclusion, and encourage everyone to seek proper information from specialized dermatologists.

Our approach

  • The initiative's core concept centered on dispelling fear through knowledge, fostering openness around psoriasis. The 'Come Closer' campaign showcased men and women freely enjoying life despite psoriasis, embracing relationships without restrictions. Those unaffected were informed and supportive, demonstrating confidence and understanding. 
  • Additionally, on World Psoriasis Day, an interactive living statue installation emphasized the importance of early detection and treatment, encouraging consultation with dermatologists.
  • We have created the concept along with a compelling tagline and  executed a 360 awareness campaign and a robust communications plan, which included:​​​​​​​
    • Social Media: Posts on Amgen’s own media (Website, Facebook & LinkedIn) 
    • Print ad at selected media outlets
    • Programmatic digital campaign – Web banners on health and Lifestyle websites
