However, if your Request is complicated or if there is a large number of Requests, we shall inform you within the one-month period if an extension for another (2) two months is required, within which we shall respond to you.
If your Requests are manifestly unfounded or exaggerated, particularly due to their repetitive nature, the Company may impose the payment of a reasonable fee, taking into consideration the administrative costs for the provision of the information or the execution of the requested action or it may refuse to follow up on the Request.
